On Desktop/Mobile Website
- Go to my transactions
- Search your rent agreement
- Click on Resend e-sign link
Pro tip- Rent agreement transactions can be filtered by clicking on the "Rent Agreement" pill on the top.
On App
- Go to the profile section from the bottom navigation bar of the app
- Click on My Transactions
- Select Rent Agreement from the top filter
- Search your rent agreement
- Click on Resend e-sign link
If you are unable to find your transaction, send an email to support@housing.com sharing the relevant details.
