My transaction failed and you have initiated a refund of less than the total payment

We have initiated a refund for you. But, we have to pay charges to refund money back to your source account. Hence, the transaction fees cannot be refunded. For any further queries, please drop an email to support@housing.com citing your transaction ID which you can find by going to the “My Transactions” page.
