Would it be possible for me to track historical credit transactions?

Yes, the Seller Dashboard would provide a Credit Leger Page where you can track the number of credits spent for different purposes (Boost, Repost, Listing Upload etc.), date of the transaction and the specific listing (along with Listing ID) on which the credit has been spent.
