If a transaction to the beneficiary’s account has failed, we will initiate a refund of your rent amount for you, and it will reflect in your source account within 7 working days. If it doesn’t happen, please send an email to support@housing.com citing your transaction ID which you can find by going to the “My Transactions” page.
