Transaction Status is showing refund initiated, why isn’t my payment completed

Refunds are instantly initiated by us to the banks. Banks take 7-10 days to credit the money into your account. Please wait for 7-10 days and if you don't get your refund by then reach out to the Housing support team. . For any further queries, please drop an email to support@housing.com citing your transaction ID which you can find by going to the “My Transactions” page.
