My money was deducted twice, what should I do?

Generally, the failed transactions are refunded within 5-7 working days. You can wait for the refund within the specified time frame. In case the money is deducted twice, you may write at support@housing.com with the below details:
1. Registered mobile number with housing.com
2. Transaction id
3. Screenshot of the transaction message
