I made a payment and it failed, but money got deducted from my card/account

If the transaction has failed but the amount has been debited from the account, your amount will be refunded back to the source account within 7 - 10 working days. If it doesn’t happen, please drop an email to [email protected] citing your transaction ID which you can find by going to the “My Transactions” page.
